Q3: What is the estimated delivery time (lead time)?
A: For standard models, the delivery time is typically 7 to 10 working days after receiving the deposit. For customized machines or special attachments, it may take 20 to 30 days.
Q4: How do you pack and ship the heavy machinery?
A: We ship our machinery worldwide via sea freight. Depending on the size of the equipment, we use standard containers (20GP/40HQ), Open Top containers, or Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) / Bulk Cargo ships for oversized machines. All equipment is securely fastened and protected with anti-rust packaging before loading.
