Stackers are essential equipment in warehousing and logistics for moving and stacking goods. Based on their structure, driving methods, and application scenarios, they can be mainly categorized into the following types:

1. Stand-on Electric Stacker  
This type of stacker is specifically designed with balanced load distribution to effectively handle instability during transportation. Its compact size makes it suitable for medium to low-level picking racks, storage rooms, retail area shelves, and small warehouses. It enables dense stacking of pallets, with a typical lifting height of around 2642 mm, though some models can reach up to 4826 mm.

2. Scissor Lift Stacker  
Known for its smooth forward-moving load handling, the scissor lift stacker is particularly suitable for medium to high-level rack operations, as well as loading, unloading, and multi-functional transportation tasks. Its lifting height generally starts from 2565 mm and can exceed 4547 mm.

3. Sit-on Reach Stacker  
This model features a structure similar to traditional forklifts but is equipped with a dedicated platform and control system for easier driver operation. It is important to note that operating this type of equipment usually requires a forklift operator’s license.

4. Counterbalanced Stacker  
Characterized by a reasonable counterweight design to achieve load balance, this stacker has a longer body and can be equipped with a higher lifting mast. It is suitable for stacking standard pallets and offers flexible operation even in narrow aisles. The lifting height typically ranges from 2642 mm to 5817 mm.

5. Standard Stacker  
Versatile in application, this type of stacker is commonly used for pallet stacking, goods transportation, and moving tasks involving pallet-less trays or containers. Its advantages include a small turning radius and agile operation. The lifting range is approximately 1845 mm to 4255 mm, making it suitable for medium to low-level rack applications.

6. Manual Stacker  
Operated entirely by human effort, this stacker has limited lifting height and slower speed, making it generally unsuitable for pallet handling. It is mainly used for stacking lightweight goods, small items, or short-distance relocation, serving as an economical lifting tool.

Selecting the appropriate type of stacker based on actual needs can significantly enhance warehouse efficiency and operational safety.
